Our Founder & President
Mike DiPietro our President started KL Commercial with the vision that construction should be affordable and easy for the owner of the project to understand. Mike's approach has been tailored over his 20 years in construction working for some of the largest most reputable General Contractors in North America. Mike has taken with him the ideas and principles that he respected from each of these companies, while leaving behind the traits and philosophies that he and his prior coworkers and project owners did not like with those organizations. The end result is a trustworthy, honest, and family oriented company that respects the employees, subcontractors and project owners.
